Vehicle Administrative Service is transitioning to a new security provider. Depending on your function, you will use one of the dedicated portals:

Dealer - for producers and service departments.
Client - for third party administrators - See Client Sign-up Tutorial.
Agent - for sales agents - See Client Sign-up Tutorial.
Network - for roadside call center personnel - See Client Sign-up Tutorial.

Access to Vehicle Administrative Services' portal is limited to authorized partners. If you received an invitation email, your access account has been created and you can complete the sign-up process outline below.

If you had been using the legacy Client/Dealer/Agent Portal, your account information has been copied to the new portal. You should be able to sign-in with your existing username and password.

If you need access and haven't received an invitation email, please contact your local VAS administrator, your VAS sales agent, or VAS Product Administration (Pro-Admin@vehicleadminservices.com) Phone 972-455-1900.

How to complete your set-up if you are a new account.

1. You will receive an email from pro-admin@vehicleadminservices.com with some brief instructions on how to access the web portal. It will look like the email message below:

2. Click the link in the email to start the sign-in process. Select the "Click here to reset your password" link. Enter your username and press submit. You receive password reset email.

3. Follow the instructions to set a new password.
